目前,高职院校图书馆电子资源建设面临的困境是经费短缺,现代化技术力量薄弱,电子资源利用率不高,使用技术条件上的限制等。为改变这种状况,要加大电子资源建设力度,合理安排购置比例,适当收藏电子文献,注重网络资源的开发,保证电子资源的安全性。

In order to solve these issues, we should quicken electronic resources construction step, train technological staff by ourselves, arrange rational proportion of buying, collect suitable electronic resources, appraise and plan for electronic resources, exploit for resources of network, enlarge conduction and train for readers and ensure safety of electronic resources.
