It exists contradictories in the classical interpretation to electrical theory. The principle of metal＇s resistance formations is explained by means of general physics knowledge and some theories in quantum mechanics. Some necessary and reasonable interpretations are also made of electrical resistivity, average electrical free path,and average electrical thermal motion velocity.
