成长型中小企业评价及其科技创新的策略

“十一五”期间,国家发改委和科技部将大力推进中小企业创新发展,使更多中小企业具有良好的成长性。中小企业自身应加大人才引进力度,和高校、科研院所等积极合作,加快技术创新步伐。在外部发展环境方面,政府应加大对中小企业技术创新的金融支持,强化中小企业指导和服务的工作体系,引导和扶持中小企业走新型工业化道路。
