摘要 本文从理论和实际应用两个方面比较深入的研究了管制员工作负荷的评估和基于管制员工作负荷的容量评估问题。论文首先介绍了管制员工作负荷的定义,提出了管制员工作负荷的分类方法,并以此为基础建立了管制员工作负荷评估的理论模型,提出了评估工作负荷的具体方法和过程,然后研究探讨了基于管制员工作负荷的容量评估方法,最后以广州地区的实际空域为背景,使用建立的模型和评估方法评估了某扇区的管制员工作负荷和相应扇区的容量,验证了所提管制工作负荷评估和容量评估方法的正确性。 The workload evaluation of air traffic controllers (ATCs) and the subsequent capacity evaluation were deeply analyzed from the aspects of the theory and practice. The definition of workload of ATCswas firstly introduced and theATCs' workload classification was put forward. As a foundation, the theory of evaluation model was then established and the specific method to evaluate the workload of ATCs was discussed. Finally, based on the real data of Guangzhou airspace, the workload evaluation of ATCs for different sectors was conducted with the presented model, and the validity of the proposed ATCs workload evaluation method and the capacity evaluation method were verified,
