摘要 防水材料与桥面和沥青混凝土铺装之间的粘结力是评价防水材料路用性能的一个重要方面。室内试验选取SBS和APP两种卷材,环氧和路桥专用两种基层处理剂,三种不同粗糙程度的水泥混凝土块,一一组合成12种情况进行拉拔试验,每组考察了5个不同温度下的拉拔强度,每个温度做了6个试件。现场进行了沥青混凝土摊铺前和摊铺后的拉拔试验。本文通过室内和现场拉拔试验的研究,对比了沥青混凝土摊铺前后的拉拔强度,得出影响卷材粘结性能的因素,对桥面粗糙状况提出了要求,为防水卷材设计和施工提供了科学依据。 The bonding strengths among waterproof material, concrete bridge deck and asphalt pavement is an important aspect in evaluating the service performance of waterproof material. In the laboratory, two kinds of waterproof sheets, SBS and APP modified bituminous sheets; two kinds of surface treatment agents, epoxy and that specially for road and bridge construction; and three grades of surface roughness of concrete block were selected. Pull-out test was made in the twelve cases that were combined one by one, tensile strengths in five temperature levels were compared for each assembly, and six samples for each temperature level were made. The pull-out tests before and after the paving of asphalt concrete were done in field. By testing in laboratory and field, the properties of bond before and after the paving of asphalt concrete were compared, and the factors which affect the bond property of the waterproof sheet were analyzed. Then, the rough condition of the bridge dock were demanded, and the scientific basis for design and construction of waterproof materials was presented.
