摘要
金属薄层电化学沉积几乎包含非平衡态生长的所有形态,成为研究非平衡态聚集动力学的理想系统.在形态花样中,枝晶和分形是最典型的2种,国内外学者对其形成及转化机制进行了大量的研究.目前普遍接受的观点是界面不稳定性是分形形态形成的本质原因,不稳定性的来源主要有电极反应、杂质、晶体生长等.总结了近年来国内外该领域的最新研究成果,并指出了其未来的研究方向.
The metal thin-layer electrodeposition nearly includes all patterns appeared in the non-equilibrium growth, so the thin-layer electrodeposition is an ideal system for the study on the kinetics of non-equilibrium aggregation. The dendrite and the fractal are typical in all patterns, and the mechanisms of their formation and transition have been studied extensively by the researchers. Currently, the acceptable viewpoint is that the instability on the interface is the essential reason for the formation of the fractal pattern. The origin of instability mainly includes electrode reaction, impurity, crystal growth, etc. The research findings in this field are summarized and the research direction in the future is pointed out.
