摘要
通过调节智能人工气候培养柜内的温湿度,使初始水分含量为12.3%、11.4%的小麦在温度和相对湿度分别为20℃、80%,20℃、90%,25℃、80%,25℃、90%和15℃、85%条件下进行静态吸湿实验。利用M atlab软件及DPS软件,进行曲线拟合并对各种拟合进行比较,得出最佳的小麦吸湿模型为:MR=A1×exp(-k1×t)+A2×exp(-k2×t),且预测值与实测值吻合性较好。
A static moisture absorption test for wheat with an initial moisture content of 12.3% and 11.4% was carried out through adjustment of temperature and moisture to 20℃ and 80% RH, 20℃ and 90% RH,25℃ and 80% RH, 25℃ and 90% RH, 15℃ and 85% RH in an intelligent artificial climate culture cabinet respectively. The curves were fitted and various fittings were compared by means of Toolbox in Matlab 7.0 and DPS software, so the best model was obtained : MR MR=A1×exp(-k1×t)+A2×exp(-k2×t). The predictive results indicated a good relation with the test value.
