复合固体发酵对棉籽饼脱毒效果的影响研究 被引量:33

摘要 通过测定发酵底物中游离棉酚(FG)、粗蛋白质(CP)含量,体外法测定饲料蛋白质消失率等方法研究热带假丝酵母ZD-3(Candida tropicalisZD-3)与黑曲霉ZD-8(Aspergillus nigerZD-8)复合固体发酵对棉籽饼粕脱毒效果的影响;碳酸钠以及矿物质处理对棉籽饼复合发酵脱毒效果的影响。试验结果表明:复合发酵可极显著(P<0.01)地降低棉籽饼底物游离棉酚含量,脱毒率为91.64%;棉籽饼底物粗蛋白含量提高27.83%;粗蛋白体外消化率提高20.90%。结果表明,复合发酵效果明显优于单菌发酵棉籽饼底物的效果,不但达到棉酚脱毒的目的,而且发酵饲料营养价值显著提高。底物中添加碳酸钠及复合矿物质可促进棉籽饼的发酵脱毒效率。 The effect of mixed culture solid fermentation of Candida tropiealis ZD-3 and Aspergillus niger ZD-8 on detoxification of cottonseed cake (CSC), as well as the effect of sodium carbonate and minerals on the reduction of free gossypol (FG) and crude protein (CP) contents were investigated during the mixed culture fermentation of CSC by detection of protein disappearance rate in vitro. The experiment showed that the mixed culture fermentation could decrease FG content in fermented CSC significantly (P〈0. 01 ) and the detoxification efficiency was up to 91.64%. CP content in fermented CSC was increased by 27.83% , and CP digestibility in vitro was increased by 20.90%, The study indicated that the mixed culture fermentation was far more effective than single strain fermentation, and could not only detoxify gossypol in cottonseed cake, but also increase the nutritional value of fermented CSC, Sodium carbonate and mixed minerals added to CSC substrates were beneficial for detoxification efficiency during the fermentation of CSC.
