轴承钢硬度涡流检测虚拟系统的研究

摘要 针对轴承钢硬度检测要求,提出了对电磁检测信号进行分类处理的简便方法,得出了一种简单实用的无IR区的线性分类规则。在此基础上,利用C++Bu ilder设计了轴承钢硬度虚拟检测系统。 According to the requirement of testing bearing steel rigidity, a signal processing method of eddy current testing and a simple and practical Non- IR linier clustering algorithm are put forward. Based on that, a virtual computer system of testing bearing steel rigidity was designed by C+ + Builder.
