摘要
根据分子设计原理,选用了以醋酸乙烯为主,与丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺的二元到四元的乳液共聚方案。以PVA与SDS为乳化剂,K_2S_2O_8—N_aHSO_3为引发剂,研究了聚合工艺条件对乳液共聚及其产物的结构与性能的影响。分析表明:所合成的共聚物具有无规结构的特征,它具有良好的流变和膜性能,浆纱效果较理想。
According to the molecule design theory, winyl acetate, methacrylate, acrylic acid, and acrylamide were se-lected for the emulsion copolymerization to form a textile size, while the poly-vinyl alcohol(PVA) and sodium dide-cylfate (SDS) were used as a composed emulsifer, and K2S2O8-NaHSO3 as a redox initiator, during the process, the influence of the copolymerizing parameters on the emulsion copolymerization and the structure and properties of the resulted copolymer was studied in detail. The results show that the structure of the copolymer posses a random inlay-chain and a microphase seporation trend by means of IR13 C-NMR and DSC, that the latex has the appropriate properties in the rheological, surface-active, and film-formative aspects; and that it is well suitable for sizing T/C yarn.
