摘要
利用PHOENICS软件对FTSC薄板坯结晶器四孔浸入式水口形成的结晶器流场、冶金特点进行了优化研究,FTSC薄板坯采用四孔浸人式水口,出口流速小,使紊流和弯月面下速度减至最小。钢流冲击深度浅,对凝固前沿冲击小,有利于初期坯壳的形成及夹杂物的上浮:该水口有两流钢液向上流出,结晶器钢液面温度高,适应了薄板坏连铸保护渣熔化速度快的需要:水口插入深度260mm、水口倾角20°,可保证任何浇铸条件下的最佳流体动力学。
The optimization of flow field of quadripuntal SEN of mould of FTSC thin slab has been studied by applying the commercial program PHOENICS. Quadripuntal SEN of FTSC thin slab has many merits such as low outlet veloctiy attaining minimal speed of turbulence and meniscus ,low degree of turbulence and shock depth, slight attack to freezing advancing edge. It helps the formation of initial slug and the flotation of inclusion. The water gap has two upward streams of molten steel, so the temperature of molten steel in mold is high, Tt adapts high melting speed of mould flux and submerged depth of 260 mm and outlet angle with 20° insures optimal hydrodynamics under any casting condition.
