摘要
利用有限元对宣钢1260m3大体积混凝土基础养护阶段温度场进行了数值模拟,证实大体积混凝土在养护过程中的裂纹主要是由于温差产生,特别是在阴角处,温度变化非常复杂,可能出现较深裂纹。同时利用数值模拟技术可以对混凝土施工中裂纹控制提供理论指导。
The temperature fields of the massive concrete are simulated with FEM in the Blast furnace construction of Xuanhua Steel Plant. It is found that the cracks int he massive concrete are brought out mainly the temperature differences in the curing period. At the corner of the massive concrete, the temperature is varied and complicated,and the deep cracks could be appearance at these regions. This is improved that the numerical simulating technique could guide the controling of the cracks in the massive concrete construction.
