Surgical management of chronic radiation enteritis of small bowel

目的讨论小肠慢性放射性肠炎的手术适应证及手术方式.方法回顾分析1990～2004年我院经手术治疗9例小肠慢性放射性肠炎的临床资料.结果 9例小肠慢性放射性肠炎行手术治疗均获成功,随访8个月～5年,效果满意.结论慢性放射性小肠炎是一个进行性的疾病过程,主要因肠管狭窄引起肠梗阻、肠瘘、肠穿孔、出血宜手术治疗,受损小肠切除回肠-横结肠吻合或旁路吻合是较好的手术方式.

Objective To investigate the indication and mode of surgical operation for chronic radiation enteritis of small bowel. Methyls Clinical data of 9 patients with chronic small bowel radiation enteritis who had undergone surgical management from 1990 to 2004 in the Third People＇s Hospital of Chongqing were analyzed retrospectively. Results The patients were performed intestinal resection. All patients underwent for operation 11 times,and completed successfully. Nine patients were followed up （8 montbs-5 years） and got curative effect. Conclusion Surgical management of chronic radiation enteritis of small bowel has complications such as ileus, perforation and fistula. Intestinal resection and ileum-transverse colon anastomosis or bypass operation is the better operation choice.
