摘要
介绍了纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌、纳米碳酸钙和纳米镍粉几种纳米粉体材料的生产现状。通过对各种纳米粉体材料制备技术的比较,提出了以硫酸氧钛或偏钛酸为原料均匀沉淀法生产纳米二氧化钛、以含锌盐为原料均匀沉淀法和NPP法生产纳米氧化锌、间歇搅拌式碳化法和超重力法生产纳米碳酸钙的工艺路线,研究了相关的工艺过程及反应条件,对工业生产中存在的问题和今后的发展方向进行了讨论。
This paper introduces the current situation of several nano-powder material in commercials production, including nano - TiP2, nano - ZnO, nano - CaCO3, nano - Ni powder. Through the comparison of different preparation technologies of every nano-powder materials,the technological route of the nano-TiP2 production by homogeneous precipitation method with TiOSO4 and H2TiP3 as raw material, nano-ZnO production by homogeneous precipitation method and NPP method with zinc salt as raw material, nano-CaCO3 production by intermittent carbonization method and high-gravity method was presented. The relative process and reaction condition were studied.as well as existent problems and development were discussed.
