摘要
我国民营企业在计划经济全面走向市场经济,传统经济全面走向新经济的大背景中,正面临着千载难逢的发展机遇。发展的同时,民营企业在企业结构、企业决策者、人力管理三个方面存在诸多不足,关键在于战略缺乏科学的规划、有效的实施和系统的保证。提升战略管理水平,进而提升企业的核心竞争力是民营企业发展的关键。
The nongovernmental businesses in our country have been under the way of transformation from planned economy to market economy and met more and more chances and challenges. Discussion is made on the structure, decision-maker and labour force management of nongovernmental business, and indicated the significance of the establishment of development strategy. Finally it reveals the promotion of management is a key factor to obtain the nuclear competitiveness.
