2003~2004年乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族婴儿母乳喂养状况调查

Situation of breast-feeding in Urumqi City from 2003 to 2004

目的了解乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族婴儿母乳喂养状况。方法采用队列研究的方法,对362例新生儿的母亲进行了为期6个月的随访调查。结果产妇出院时婴儿的纯母乳喂养率为15.5%。几乎纯母乳喂养率为70.4%,80%母乳喂养率为6.1%,50%母乳喂养率为1.4%,20%母乳喂养率为1.7%,人工喂养率为5.0%。在随访的母乳喂养婴儿中,0.5个月、1.5个月、2.5个月、3.5个月、4.5个月和6个月的纯母乳喂养率分别为9.9%、17.8%、1.5%、0.4%、0%、0%;几乎纯母乳喂养率分别为81%、72.2%、76.7%、47.1%、1.7%、3.3%;80%母乳喂养率分别为6.7%、4.8%、9.1%、23.8%、41.3%、1.4%;50%母乳喂养率分别为0%、0.9%、7.3%、11.2%、17.0%、5.1%;20%母乳喂养率分别为1.5%、1.5%、1.8%、13.9%、35.2%、59.1%;人工喂养率分别为0.9%、2.7%、3.6%、3.6%、4.8%、31.2%:考虑到产妇出院时的人工喂养率,上述各月份的人工喂养率分别为5.9%、7.7%、8.6%、8.6%、9.8%、36.2%。结论纯母乳喂养率较低,应该加强母乳喂养重要性的宣传,尽可能使婴儿母乳喂养时间延长到6个月。

Objective To know about the situation of infant＇s breast-feeding in Urumqi City from 2003 to 2004. Methods The mothers of 362 cases newborn babies were investigated from giving birth to a child to six months later. Results Pure breast-feeding rate was 15.5% while their mothers in hospital. Nearly breast-feeding rate was 70.4%. 80% breast-feeding rate was 6.1%, 50% breast-feeding rate was 1.4%, 20% breast-feeding rate was 1.7%, and milk-feeding rate was 5.0%. Pure breast-feeding rate each was 9.9%, 17.8%, 1.5%, 0.4%, 0% and 0% in 0.5 month, 1.5 months, 2.5 months, 3.5 months, 4.5 months and 6 months later respectively. Nearly breast-feeding rate was 81%, 72.2%, 76.7%, 47.1%, 1.7%, 3.3% in responding month. 50% breast-feeding rate was 0%, 0.9%, 7.3%, 11.2%, 17.0%, 5.1% in responding month. 20% breast-feeding rate was 1.5%, 1.5%, 1.8%, 13.9%, 35.2%, 59.1% in responding month. 80% breast-feeding rate was 6.7%, 4.8%, 9.1%, 23.8%, 41.3% and 1.4%. Milk feeding rate each was 0.9%, 2.7%, 3.6%, 3.6%, 4.8%, 31.2% in responding month. Conclusion Pure breast-feeding rate was low. We should enhance the education of breast-feeding to mothers so as to prolong breast- feeding time to 6 months.
