What directly causes our revision of the bond law, if perceiving from economic angle, is the development of capital market and the shortage of legal supply,yet the economic principle for the revision lies in the pursuit of economic efficiency. Attention should be given to preserving the justice of capital market ,to avoiding the invalidation of government control and to the co-ordination between participating subject and regulation in revision and execution of the bond law, which could, therefore, guarantee the stability and develoment of the capital market and promote the elaboration of its function.
