论社会转型期大学生道德人格的培养

On the Cultivation of University Student's Moral Personality in the Society Transformation Period

改革开放20余年,社会处于转型期,一些大学生远没有树立健康的道德人格意识,发生了的触目惊心的事件,引起了家庭、学校、社会的重视,其原因是多方面的。大学生是21世纪我国社会主义现代化建设事业的主要力量,他们的思想道德素质如何,直接关系到21世纪中国的面貌,关系到我国社会主义现代化战略目标能否实现,关系到中华民族的伟大复兴,因而,我们必须对这个问题加以重视,必须通过大学生自身的道德自律和外部社会环境的整治和优化,加强对社会转型期中的大学生道德人格培养。

In the past 20 years of the implementation of reform and opening-up to the outside world, the society is in transformation period. Some university students don＇t set up healthy consciousness of moral personality in this period, so there are many terrible events happened which have got the attention of family, school and society. The reasons for it involve many factors. The university students are the main strength of the socialist modemization of our country in the 21^st century. Their ideological and ethical quality will determine the appearance of China in 21^st century, the realization of strategic goals for the socialist modernization of our country, and the great rejuvenation of our nation; therefore, we must pay attention to this problem and cultivate the moral personality of the university students by strengthening their own morality and the renovation and optimization of the external social environment.
