Study of preparation of magnetic P(St-MAA) microspheres and its characterization

摘要 以纳米级氧化铁为磁性载体,以苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸为单体,用微乳液法制备了P(St-MAA)磁性微球.光学显微镜照片和磁滞回线显示微球在水中分散均匀,表现出超顺磁性;红外谱说明微球表面含有羧基基团;通过电导率仪测试,计算出了微球表面羧基含量,并发现其随甲基丙烯酸单体含量的增加呈非线性增加.荧光显微镜观察,显示微球和亲与素连接很好. Taken the nanoparticles Fe3O4 as the magnetic carrier, and Stryene (St) and Methacrylic acid (MAA) as the monomers, the magnetic P(St-MAA) microspheres were prepared by microemulsion polymerization. The picture of the optical microscope and magnetic loop showed it was possessed of good dispersion and superparamagnetic behavior. FTIR indicated there were abundant functional groups-COOH on the surfaces of the magnetic microspheres. The amount of-COOH groups was measured by conductometric titration, and increased nonlinearly with the increment of the monomer MAA. The fluorescence microscope, image showed that the avidin was connected well on the surfaces of the microspheres.
