摘要
研究了协同质量管理的内涵和特性,通过对产品生命周期中各个阶段的质量活动进行分析,建立了面向PLM的协同质量管理框架.研究了J2EE技术体系下的CQMS实现方法,建立了基于J2EE的CQMS软件架构,提出了基于Struts框架的CQMS业务表现层设计方法和基于Hibernate框架的CQMS数据库访问方法.最后,对CQMS中的供应链质量管理进行实例研究,给出了其业务流程图.
Under new situations, a new quality management philosophy, collaborative quality management was proposed. The connotation and property of collaborative quality management were studied, and the frame of the PLM (product life-cycle management)-oriented collaborative quality management was set up after analyzing the quality activities in the entire stages of product lifecycle, methods of implement of CQMS in technical systems of J2EE were studied and the software architecture of CQMS based on J2EE was built. The implementation of the presentation layer based on Struts and the data access layer based on Hibernate was accomplished. An example of quality management of supplier chains was also carried out using CQMS.
