摘要
目的探讨心理辅导预防大学生网络成瘾的作用.方法采用Young的网络成瘾诊断问卷、卡特尔16种人格因素调查表(16PF)和症状自评量表(SCL-90),观察了心理辅导前后在校学生网络成瘾情况.结果经过为期6个月的群体心理辅导,大学生网络成瘾率有所下降,差异无显著性(P>0.05).与心理辅导前相比较,心理辅导后的成瘾学生在16PF中的乐群性、聪慧性、有恒性、自律性得分增高,敢为性、怀疑性、幻想性、忧虑性、紧张性得分降低;在SCL-90中强迫、人际敏感、焦虑、敌对性得分降低,而且前后比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01).结论心理辅导能不同程度改善网络成瘾大学生的人格特征,减轻其网络成瘾自觉症状,对大学生网络成瘾具有一定的预防作用.
Objective To understand the effects of psychological counseling in ensuring collective prevention of Interact addiction disorder (IAD) in students of Guangdong Medical College (GDMC). Methods Positive psychology in collective counseling was applied for 6 months to all college students of GDMC to investigate the occurrence rate of IAD with Young's Male, the personality features and self-conscious symptoms of the students with lAD before and after psychological counseling by Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16PF) and Symptom Check List 90 (SCL-90). Results The rate of IAD in GDMC students in 2005 was lower than that in 2004, but no significant differences were found between them (P 〉0.05). After 6-month collective counseling, the students with IAD in 2005 had significantly higher scores of those factors (sociability, intelligence, persevcrance and selfdiscipline) in 16PF, but significantly lower scores of those factors (daring behavior, suspicion, illusion, anxiety and tensity) in 16PF, and significantly lower scores of those factors ( compulsiveness, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and hostility) in SCL-90 (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Comclusion After collective psychological counseling, these students with lAD had enhanced positive personality features as well as reduced negative personality features and self-conscious symptoms. Psychological counseling has some effects in preventing lAD in college students.
