摘要
对雾培马铃薯植株叶片喷施5,10,15和20 mg/L烯效唑处理,以清水为对照,研究了烯效唑对雾培马铃薯植株光合作用的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施10 mg/L烯效唑可增加雾培马铃薯叶片中叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量,同时马铃薯植株的净光合速率最大,而15 mg/L和20 mg/L烯效唑处理不利于叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量增加、以及净光合速率的提高。
The leaves of potato plant cultured by the aeroponics we:ce treated with the different concentrations uniconazole (5mg/L, 10 mg/L, 15 mg/L,20 mg/L), there was an significant increase in the in the chlorophyll a and b, as well as net photosynthesis rate treated with 1.0 mg/g unieonazole compared with the CK. But there was a decrease treated with 15 and 20 mg/L uniconazole.
