依据统计数据及辽宁省的自然、社会经济条件,应用农业资源评价的一种新方法———资源丰度指数概念和模型,对辽宁省的农业资源条件进行了分析和评价,在此基础上,提出促进辽宁省农业资源可持续利用的具体对策。

According to statistic date and nature and society status, in this paper, a new approach for the assessment of agriculture resources is suggested. Here, the concept of Resources Richness Rate Index is raised and its model is created to analyzes and evaluates the. agriculture resources conditions of Liaoning. On the basis of that, this paper puts forward the main measures how to improve the continual utilizing agricultural resources in Liaoning province.
