冬枣环磷酸腺苷微波辅助萃取工艺研究

Study on Microwave-assisted Extraction of cAMP from Winter-date

研究了利用微波辅助萃取(Microwave-assisted extraction,MAE)冬枣中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)的新方法。以HPLC定量测定所萃取的环磷酸腺苷。采用正交试验考察浸泡时间、处理时间、微波功率和料液比对环磷酸腺苷提取率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件为:微波功率200 W、浸泡时间6 h、处理时间3 min、料液比1∶20。

Extraction technology of the cAMP from Winter-date with Microwave-assisted extraction was studied. And cAMP was analyzed by HPLC method. Several factors, such as marinated time, extraction time, microwave power and ratio of material and liquor were investigated and the appropriate MAE conditions were obtained from the orthogonal test. The optimal MAE conditions are follows： microwave power is 200W, marinated time is 6 hours,extraction time is 3 minutes, ratio of material and liquor is 1：20.
