Advances in Identifying Methods and Germplasm Innovation of Resistance to Sheath Blight of Rice(O.sativa L.)

水稻纹枯病(Rhizoctonia solaniKühn)是水稻最主要的真菌病害之一,仅次于稻瘟病和白叶枯病。由于缺乏理想的抗源、有效的鉴定方法,致使水稻纹枯病抗性遗传研究相对滞后。就水稻纹枯病抗性有效鉴定方法、抗源筛选、种质创新研究进行综述。

Rice sheath blight, caused by pathogenic fungus Rhizoctonia solani, is one of the most prevalent rice diseases. Genetic studies on rice resistance tosheath blight were slow in that ideal resistant resources and effective method to identify resistance to rice sheath blight were short. The identifying methods and the ideal resources gained were reviewed.
