高效节能永磁同步电机的设计研究

Studies of Design Way of High Efficiency PMSM

文章分析对比了异步高效电动机和高效永磁同步电动机两种方案的经济技术分析,探讨了高效永磁同步电动机的一般设计方法,讨论了设计要点。提出了适用于电机制造公司的设计方法,并应用此方法设计了样机,实验结果验证了文章提出的直接设计方法的正确性。

This paper discussed the general and key points of PMSM＇s design. It gave a direct design method of high effieciency PMSM. Based upon original data of asynchronous motors, the dimension of permanent magnet was put forward directly. The thickness of magnet changed from 6 to 10 times of motor＇s airgap length, while width of magnet was 50 to 80 percent of motor＇s pole distance. A sample was designed and made, using this kind of method. The result verifies that this kind of method of engineering design is applicable.
