摘要
在试车时,某型涡扇发动机经常发生高转速下的振荡现象。运用小波变换的方法,对比各信号突变点的时序,发现控制器是发动机发生振荡的原因;发生振荡时,发动机同时在加速控制回路和转速控制回路中运行,转速回路的切入切出通过微分环节将脉冲信号引入了回路,从而使发动机产生了振荡。
Using wavelet transform method to compare the time sequence of signal discontinuity points, the controller is found to be the cause of oscillation, which occurred frequently in the test of a turbofan engine. In that condition, the engine runs under the loops of both acceleration controller and rotation speed controller. The switches of rotation speed controller bring impulse into the system, thus resulting in engine oscillation.
