Synthesis and application of soda lignin as paper strengthening agents

摘要 利用马尾松硫酸盐法制浆废液中的碱木素,与甲醛进行羟甲基化反应,产物用丙烯酸进行接枝,制备出纸张增强剂,研究碱木素羟甲基化和接枝反应条件对纸张强度性能的影响.结果表明:碱木素增强剂用量为绝干纸浆重量的4%时,在碱木素与甲醛的质量比为1∶0.30、丙烯酸与引发剂的质量比为1∶0.05的条件下,干纸强度提高25%,湿纸强度提高23%. Making use of the soda lignin from wastewater of Pinta massoniana Kraft cooking hydroxymethylated with formaldehyde, the paper strengthening agents could be obtained after grafting the product with the acrylic acid. The effects of the condition of soda lignin hydroxymethylation and grafting on the properties of paper strength were investigated. The results indicated that when the percentage of soda lignin strengthening agents which prepared in suitable condition was 4%, the mass ratio of soda lignin to formaldehyde was 1: 0.30, the mass ratio of acrylic acid to initiator was 1:0.05, it was acquired the tensile strength 25%, wet strength 23%.
