摘要
为了探讨高温气化装置产生合成燃气的可行性,对卵石床气化器进行改造,增加了气化器自身加热器,对气化器直接加热。进行了木屑高温空气气化热态实验,获得升温曲线。试验表明:利用自身加热器可以快速的将炉内温度升高到1200℃,并且能够节省升温时间,很好的满足高温气化的要求。
In order to discuss the feasibility of producing syngas through high temperature air gasifier, Pebble-bed gasifier is rebuilt with adding a self-heater of gasifier. Hot gasification tests for sawdust have been completed. Through the new methods of self-heating, the temperature inside the gasifier can quickly increase to 1200℃ and the time of raising temperature can be economized. The results can ensure high temperature gasification reactions.
