摘要 本文以青岛某厂综合楼海水源热泵空调系统为研究对象,对其进行了详细的工程设计,通过实验测试了该系统供热季及部分过渡季的运行情况,实验结果表明:①供热季海水作为热泵热源时,可以满足室内的采暖要求;②海水温度较室外空气温度具有延迟性,从而保证了系统运行的可靠性;③通过改变换热器两侧介质的流量进行分析,表明循环水泵输入功率占系统总输入功率的比重是影响系统性能系数的重要因素之一,因此应减少循环水泵的能耗,使系统处于小流量、大温差的运行状态;④该系统过渡季运行工况适用于同时供热供冷的场合,此时系统的性能系数采用综合性能系数PF来计算;⑤经过四个月的不间断运行,海水循环系统未出现堵塞和腐蚀的现象,说明只要解决好海水处理问题,海水将是沿海城市理想的冷热源。 In this paper, a project that used seawater source heat pump air-conditioning system in Qingdao was introduced. And experiments on the operating conditions of this system in winter and spring were done, and some conclusions were educed: 1) the indoor heat demand can be achieved when using seawater as heat source of heat pump in winter; 2) the time of seawater temperature extremum appeared lately compared with the one of outdoor air temperature extremum, which insured the operating reliability of the system; 3) through the analysis by altering the flow of seawater and glycol water beside heat exchangers, it was found that the proportion of water pumps' input power to the total ones is an important factor to the performance coefficient of the system. So the input power of water pumps should be reduced to ensure the working condition of small flow and great temperature difference; 4) the system is suit for the heating and cooling consisted in the heat pump system synchronously, and the integrate performance factor was introduced in order to evaluate the system's performance properly in the article; 5) the phenomenon of fouling or corrosion in seawater circulating system haven't appear in four months continuous operating, which indicated that seawater will be an ideal heat source or sink as long as the problem on seawater treatment be solved commendably.
