The residential ventilator is a new indoor ventilation equipment, and it has many advantages which are improving the air quality indoor and energy conservation. But there are still some problems of it. The characteristic and principle of residential ventilator are introduced in this paper. Some questions about frosting, the mode of heat recovery, air controlling and so on are analyzed, and the solutions are presented which can broaden its application prospect.
