摘要
综述了近年来咖啡酰奎尼酸类化合物在植物化学和药理活性方面的研究进展。对较为全面的双咖啡酰、三咖啡酰和多咖啡酰基奎尼酸的来源、分布及化学结构做了总结。对该类化合物的药理试验证明其具有抗氧化活性、治疗炎症、抑制微生物和病毒活性、酶抑制作用、保肝活性、抗凝血活性等多种生物活性。在植物中的广泛存在以及显著的治疗效果将会使咖啡酰奎尼酸类化合物成为新药开发的一个热点。
This paper reviewed updated research progresses of eaffeoylquinic acids both in phytoehemical and pharmacological aspects. The resources, distribution as well as the chemical structures of monocaffeoylquinic acids, dicaffeoylquinic acids, tricaffeoylquinic acids and muhicaffeoylquinic acids are conclusivdy analyzed, The reviewed pharmacological investigations indicated that the caffeoylquinic acids exhibited significant activities such as anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, enzyme inhibition, hypatoprotective and anti-PAF effects. The broad distribution and the remarkably pharmacological activities of these natural phenolic acids indicated their potential in the discovery and development of new natural drugs.
