摘要
考虑地基对筒仓结构的影响,采用M arc有限元程序提供的边界条件高度非线性的接触算法模拟散料对仓壁的作用,对钢板壁面的应力强度和位移变形进行弹塑性分析,将计算结果与应用Janssen静压力理论公式计算出的结果作比较,探讨了非线性接触算法计算结果的可靠性。然后,通过考虑动力效应的侧压力公式对仓壁的动力特性作进一步分析。通过静动力特性分析得出,仓底部位的应力和位移达到最大,对工程设计具有参考意义。
By considering the interaction of foundation and structure, in this paper, the static pressure acting on steel silo wall is simulated by 3-D contact arithmetic whose boundary condition is highly nonlinear and is provided by Marc program. The comparison between corresponding stress and displacement results with that from Janssen's static formula shows the rationality of this highly nonlinear contact arithmetic. Then the dynamic characters are furtherly analyzed by the dynamic formula. The results show that the bottom of steel silo is the most important part, in which the rigidity and strength should been strengthened, and are helpful for the design and application of steel silo.
