摘要
研究了平面反铁磁光子晶体波导的色散性质.这种光子晶体波导是由两个平行金属板之间填充一维反铁磁光子晶体构成.对FeF2/Vacuum光子晶体波导进行数值和理论分析表明:(1)电磁波模式是分立的,并且只有有限的几个;(2)存在三种不同的频率带隙,其中之一是光子晶体共有的,其宽度取决材料的介电性质,之二是来自反铁磁的共振性质,之三是来自波导的结构.
In this paper, we investigate dispersion properties of an antiferromagnetic photonic crystal waveguide. The crystal waveguide is composed of a one - dimensional antiferromagnetic photonic crystal sandwiched by a couple of parallel metallic slabs. From the theoretical and numerical results for FeF2/Vacuum photonic crystal waveguides, it shows that the electromagnetic wave modes are discrete and have only limited ones. Three kinds of band gaps are seen. One of them attributes to a photonic crystal basic property and its width is decided by dielectric property of the materials. Another comes from antiferromagnetic resonant feature and the last one from the waveguide structure.
