摘要
在许多天然酶中,由于金属离子的存在,对其催化活性有较大的影响.在前期合成的仿酶模型[1,2,3,4,5]的基础上,考察了金属离子(Zn2+、N i2+、Cu2+、Fe3+)对仿酶模型[1,2,3,4,5]催化羧酸酯[6,7,8,9,10,11]水解反应的影响,以寻求新型的甾体仿酶模型.
Significant effects can be found in the catalysis activities of natural enzymes due to the presence of metal ions. Based on the enzyme model [ 1 - 5 ] proposed before. The catalysis effect of enzyme model '[ 1 - 5 ] to hydrolysis of acetates in the presence of metal ions ( Zn^2 + , Ni^2 + , Cu^2 + , Fe^3 + ) is examined. It is useful to seek perfect enzyme model.
