摘要
正确认识clap冰刀的摆腿技术和摆腿对提高蹬冰效果有重要的理论意义和实践意义.本研究通过生物力学方法从三维角度对世界优秀运动员的弯道摆腿技术研究后认为:摆动中小腿的屈曲与展开动作存在一定的规律性;从角速度看摆动后期左腿小腿迅速打开,踝关节积极伸展,完成下刀动作.右腿摆动相对比较平和,髋关节带动膝、踝关节向前摆动;左腿摆腿有一个明显的折叠过程,摆腿后期是依靠小腿迅速打开着冰,同时右腿摆动以小腿积极下压着冰.
Understanding the leg swing technology correctly with Clap skates and swings the leg to enhance the push - off effect have the important theory significance and the practice significance. By the research of analysis on the world famous top athlete's through the biomechanics method from the 3D after curve, we get the knowledges are: swing the calf's flexure with to launch the movement existence certain regularity; the left calf extends quickly and ankle extend actively to finish the action. By contrast, the right leg swing more soft and hipbone joint carry knees and ankles to swing forward; left leg has an obvious fold process. The later period of leg swing depends on the extending and touching the ice - ground of the calf ; meanwhile the right leg swings by and the calf presses the ice actively.
