摘要 农杆菌介导的叶盘转化法是草莓遗传转化的主要方法.采用该方法,已成功将抗病毒、抗真菌、抗虫、抗逆境、控制果实成熟软化等方面的多种外源目的基因转入草莓.文章概述了外源目的基因转入草莓的研究进展以及基因型、农杆菌菌株、侵染时间和菌液浓度、共培养时间、酚类物质等对草莓遗传转化的影响,并对今后草莓遗传转化研究的重点提出了建议. Significant progress of the transformation in strawberries has been made in the past decade. The method of Agrobacterium - mediated transformation is widely adopted in strawberries, and genes of interest have been transformed into Strawberries. In this article, an overview is given to the genetic transformation of strawberry and the factors affecting the gene transformation efficiency, including the genotypes, Agrobacterium strains, the times and concentrations of infection, co -cultivation conditions, hydroxyl benzenes and antibiotics. Some suggestions for further studies have also been made.
