摘要
以重庆市各区县土地现状利用为主导因子,充分考虑自然条件和社会经济发展因素,根据这些因子的相似性和差异性,选取相应指标,结合采用模糊聚类的定量方法和专家讨论定性分析等方法,将重庆市土地利用划分成为五个区,分析了各区土地现状利用特点、存在问题,提出合理土地利用和规划的建议.
The conditions of present land -use are influenced synthetically by social and economic factors. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the comparability and difference of the factors among various districts in Chongqing with fuzzy cluster analysis and specialist discussion decision, this study does a quantitative classification to 5 types, among which each is further analysed and some countermeasures and advices for land -use planning are put forward.
