摘要
目的:探讨Survivin(生存素)在乳腺癌中的表达及与多药耐药蛋白P170的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化的方法检测56例乳腺癌及10例乳腺纤维腺瘤Survivin的表达及乳腺癌与P170的相关性。结果:Survivin在乳腺癌中呈现高表达,且与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移等无关,而与雌激素受体(ER)、P170的表达存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin在乳腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,并可能与乳腺癌的多药耐药有关。
Objective ：To detect the expression of survivin in breast cancer and its correlation with p170,a muhidrug-resistant protein. Methods：The expression of survivin and ER and P170 were detected with immunohistochemical technique in 10 cases of breast fibroadenoma and 56 cases of breast cancer. Results ： The positive expression rate of survivin in the group of breast cancer was 78.6%. And its repression was not correlated with the patients＇age, the size of tumor and tients＇age,tumor size and lymph node metastasis, but with expression of ER and P170. Conclusion ： Survivin overexpression might playe an important role in the development and progression of breast cancer,and might be associated with multidrug resistance of breast cancer.
