摘要
文章从松江新城建设发展的历程和现状出发,提出如何通过标准程序化运作和造价管理体制创新来合理确定城市建设投资,如何整合社会资源优势来降低管理成本和提升管理质量,并分析了城市建设进度、质量和投资三者之间的相互关系及作用,以期对未来新型小城镇建设的工程造价管理进行一些有益的探索。
The article begins from the course and the present situation of Songjiang New City construction development, explains how to reasonably determine the city construction investment on the basis of typical operation and cost management innovation and how to integrate social resource advantages to both decrease management cost and increase management quality, and also gives an analysis on interactive relations and effects among progress, quality and investment of city construction, providing some beneficial discovery in cost manaaement of new town construction in the future.
