摘要
以MS为基本培养基,以金叶连翘的新生嫩枝为外植体,进行离体培养。结果表明:增殖培养基以MS+6-BA3.0mg.L-1+NAA0.2mg.L-1为最佳,生根培养基以1/2MS+NAA0.1mg.L-1+IBA0.1mg.L-1较好。
In vitro culture of Forsythia koreana＇SauonGold by using MS as minimal medium and new twig as the explant was carried out. The experimental results show that optimal medium for proliferation is MS ＋ 6- BA3.0mg·L^-1 ＋ NAA0.2mg·L^-1 , and using 1/2MS＋ NAA0.1mg·L^-1＋ IBA0.1mg·L^-1as rooting medium is the better.
