摘要
目的观察一氧化氮(NO)对大鼠血浆和脑组织中cGMP的含量的影响。方法尾核内微量注射一氧化氮(NO)的前体L-精氨酸(L-Arg)和鸟苷酸环化酶(GC)抑制剂亚甲基蓝(MB),以放射免疫方法测定注药后5、10、15、20、30min血浆和脑组织中cGMP含量的变化。结果大鼠尾核内微量注射L-Arg,血浆和脑组织中cGMP的含量明显升高,微量注射MB后大鼠血浆和脑组织中cGMP含量显著降低,20min内与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论提示中枢神经系统内NO可提高血浆和脑组织中cGMP的含量。
Objective To observe the effects of nitric oxide(NO) on contents of guanosine 3' :5' - cyclic monophosphate(cGMP) in plasma and brain of rats. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to measure cGMP in plasma and brain by micro- injecting L- arginine(L- Arg) ,and methylene blue(MB) into rat caudate nucleus at 5,10,15,20 and 30 minuts. Results cGMP level Of plasma and brain was increased significantly When micro- injecting L - Arg but it was decreased significantly when micro - injecting MB. There were significant differences With Contrast groups in 20 minuts(P 〈 0.01 Or P 〈 0.05). Conclusion NO in central nervous system(CNS) can increase cGMP level in plasm and brain of rats.
