SPAD值与棉花叶绿素和含氮量关系的研究 被引量:135

摘要 通过田间试验,利用叶绿素仪测定了不同氮素水平及不同生育时期棉花(新陆早13号及10号)功能叶片的SPAD值、叶绿素含量及植株全氮含量,在此基础上分析了棉花叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量及全氮含量的关系。结果表明:棉花叶片的叶绿素含量与SPAD值呈线性相关;在不同生育期棉花的功能叶SPAD值与植株全氮有较好的线性相关;在相同时期不同品种间的SPAD值有显著性差异。应用SPAD值能够迅速准确地预测棉花的氮素营养状况,为确定棉花合理的施肥时期及施肥量提供理论依据,是一项前景很广的农业技术。 SPAD values of 2 varieties cotton leaves (Xinluzao 13 and 10) at different nitrogen levels and different physiolngical states were determined by using chlorophyll meter ( SPAD - 502) through field trails, chlorophyll concentration in cotton leaves and plant total nitrogen concentration was measured as well. The correlation between the leaves' SPAD values and cotton leaves' chlorophyll contents and relation between SPAD value and plant total nitrogen concentration were analyzed. The results showed that there was significant linear correlation between SPAD value and chlorophyll;The relation between SAPD value and total N concentration in whole cotton plant was about the same. SPAD value varied signifieandy among varieties. In this paper, the cotton nitrogen nutrition status and leaves' chlorophyll concentration, using SPAD value, were quickly and accurately predicted to provide the theoretical basis for rational fertilization date and fertilizer rate of cotton, which is considered to be agricultural technology with vast vistas.
