叶绿素荧光特性在棉花杂种优势预测中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 选用6个在荧光特性方面有显著差异的棉花品种(系),采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计配制9个组合,应用朱军提出的AD模型,对其盛花期杂种F1、F2的主要荧光性状、经济性状等杂种优势以及各性状间的相关关系进行分析,结果表明:Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo的群体平均、超亲的正向优势比较明显,qP的群体超亲具有负向优势,且达到0.05的显著水平;F1、F2的NPQ群体平均、超亲的负向优势比较明显。F1、F2主要经济性状的群体平均、超亲多表现为负向优势。Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo与产量间均存在很高的加性相关,显性相关均为负值且达到极显著水平,与纤维长度、马克隆值相关性也较高。qP、NPQ与主要经济性状间的相关系数为负值。 Heterosis, combining ability and genetic correlation with important economic Waits of chlorophyll fluorescence parameter of cotton leaves were investigated by way of NC Ⅱ cross design with 6 cotton varieties as parents. The results showed that Heterosis positive mid - parent and better - parent value based on population mean of Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo were significant. Heterosis negatively better- parent value based on qP of chlorophyll fluorescence parameter were significant at 0.05 level. Heterosis negatively mid - parent and better - parent value based on NPQ and important economic traits were majority. The dominant correlation effects of Fv/Fm with yield traits were negative and significant and Fv/Fm were correlated well with fiber characters, qP, NPQ with important economic traits were correlated negatively.
