Endoscopic sinus surgery for inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses

目的：探讨内窥镜下切除鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的效果。方法：对15例鼻腔鼻窭内翻性乳头状瘤患者施行鼻内窥镜手术。结果：随访2～4年，仅1例复发，余者均未见复发。结论：鼻内窥镜有多视角、清晰度高、损伤小、不毁容等优点，是治疗鼻腔鼻窭内翻性乳头状瘤的一种很好的方法。

Objective： To explore the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Method： Fifteen patients with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranosal sinuses were operated on by endscopic sinus surgery. Result： During a follow-up of 2-4 years, only one recurred. Conclusion： Endoscopic sinus surgery has advantages of clear field and little injury, and therefore it is effective for inverted papilloma of nasal cavity .
