骨髓间充质干细胞的成软骨分化机制及其临床应用

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞具有向软骨分化的能力,并且来源方便、没有免疫排斥等优点,已作为新型种子细胞倍受关注。同时,利用该干细胞进行软骨再造也是近年来软骨组织工程主要的发展方向之一。现将近年来该干细胞向软骨的分化机制及临床应用的研究进展作一综述。
