外淋巴瘘对豚鼠畸变产物耳声发射的影响

The effect of perilymphatic fistula on distortion product otoacoustic emissions of guinea pigs

目的:为观察豚鼠外淋巴瘘后畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)的变化,并对其诊断外淋巴瘘的价值进行评估.方法:11只豚鼠右耳为实验耳,手术建立圆窗外淋巴瘘,在实验前,打开听泡,圆窗膜造瘘,缝合伤口及外淋巴瘘后18天,以2fl—f2 DPOAE 的幅值记录其变化.动物耳蜗经火绵胶包埋切片观察形态学改变.结果:动物在形成圆窗膜外淋巴瘘前后DPOAE幅值变化有显著性差异,18天后圆窗膜愈合者DPOAE幅值明显提高,接近实验前,而未愈合者则下降明显,病理所见Corti's 器正常,愈合的圆窗膜有上皮增生,肉芽及纤维母细胞.结论:揭示DPOAR幅值可作为检测外淋巴瘘的一种简便,无损伤,阳性率高的方法.

:Objectives:To observe the change of distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) by perilymphatic fistula (PLF) of guinea pigs and to evaluate the diagnosis of PLF. Method; The right ear of 11 healthy guinea pigs were used in the present study. The DPOAE at 2fi-f2 were recorded before experiment, after exploration of the mastoid bulla, penetrate the membrane of round window, suture the wound, and after 18 days survival period. The cochlea of guinea pigs were cellodine embedded, serial section and observed the morphological changes. Results : The amplitude of DPOAE increased for those guinea pigs with open fistula. The Corti's organ of cochlea were normal. There are preliferation of epithelia, granulation and fibroblast cells in the healed round window membrane. Conclusion; We suggested that the measurement of DPOAE amplitude is a convenient, harmless method with high positive rate for detecting perilymphatic fistula
