摘要 本文观察急性缺氧和窒息致死后豚鼠畸变产物耳声发射的变化,以探讨缺氧窒息后畸变产物耳声发射的演变过程及其与耳蜗缺氧的关系.实验结果表明,气道阻断后DPOAE听力曲线变化表现为三个阶段,即DPOAE幅值快速下降期,DPOAE值反跳下降期及DPOAE值变化平稳期,在缺氧60分钟后仍有DPOAE值存在.提示,DPOAE的存在与毛细胞对氧的耐受性有关,在缺氧30分钟后所记录出的DPOAE值可能与耳蜗的生理活动无关. :Purpose: This article is aimed to observe the DPOAE change of guinea pigs after death caused by acute anoxia and apnea, in order to explore the evolution process of DPOAE after anoxia and apnea and the relationship between DPOAE and cochlea anoxia. Method: Thirteen healthy and parti - coloured guinea pigs with normal preyer's reflex have bean selected. The DPOAE amplitude measurements are taken before and after anoxia at different time iuterval. The primary level adopted is L1=L2 = 70dB, f1/f2 = l. 19. The DPOAE amplitude 2f1 - f2 are recorded and the DP gram is drawn. Results: After trachea obstruction, the change of DP gram show three stage. Namely the DPOAE amplitude fast descend stage, the DPOAE amplitude rebound descend stage and the DPOAE amplitude stable stage. The DPOAE is still exist after anoxia for 60 min. Conclusion; It appears that there is certain relationship between DPOAE amplitude and the oxy-gen tolerance of clchlea hair cells. The DPOAE amplitude recorded 30 min after death caused by anoxia perhaps has no relatimship to the physiological activity of cochlea.
