原发性食管小细胞癌临床分析(附8例报告)

摘要 目的探讨食管小细胞癌的临床特点和以手术为主的综合治疗的方法和疗效.方法回顾性分析本院1990～2004年收治的食管小细胞癌8例的临床特征和治疗方法,患者均接受根治性切除、局部淋巴结清扫和胃代食管胸内或颈部吻合术,辅以术后放疗、化疗.结果全组无手术死亡病例.患者生存期最长63个月,最短14个月.结论食管小细胞癌病程进展迅速,早、中期病例宜采用以手术为主的综合治疗,晚期患者宜采用放疗、化疗相结合的治疗措施.
