摘要
目的 探讨应用足底内侧皮瓣转移修复足跟部软组织缺损的临床疗效.方法 应用足底内侧皮瓣转移修复15例深达跟骨的足跟部软组织缺损.结果 15例皮瓣移植后均成活,术后随访3～12个月,所有皮瓣外形和感觉均恢复良好.结论 足底内侧皮瓣修复足跟部深度软组织缺损效果较好.
Objective To explore the clinical effects of the treatment of heel soft tissue defect by the medial plantar flap. Methods 15 cases of heel soft tissue defect that had deepened to calcaneus were treated by medial plantar flaps. Results All flaps survived, and all cases were followed up for 3 ～ 12 months. The figure and feeling of all the flaps were good. Conclusions It is effective to use the medial plantar flap to treat the deep heel soft tissue defect.
